Do you find yourself building in the dark, relying on assumptions about your potential clients and direct competition? Comapring features is helpful. But it’s feelings — the way your brand makes people feel about themselves — that drives choices.

When exclamation points no longer work, it’s time to try the question mark.

Welcome to Consider Labs

Too often, positioning gets reduced to a stack of features or a quadrant in someone’s Notion doc. But the real white space? It’s emotional. It’s about what your people want to feel — and what your competitors aren’t making them feel (yet).

Good positioning isn’t about the template you used to map it out – it’s about deeply connecting to your people and bulding your brand around them. It’s about always asking the next question. It’s where curiosity meets radical empathy.

Who’s Behind
The Lab?

Hi, I’m Chedva “Vivi” Ludmir — I help visionary leaders navigate the decisions they can’t talk about with their team, board, or even their dog. Since 21, I’ve built companies, led marketing teams, and gone from non-fundable founder to closing deals with Fortune 100s — all by asking the right questions and building real connection. After burning out (documented on my podcast Looks Like Work), I chose a new path. Curiosity is a leadership skill. Empathy is a power move. I don’t do fluff — I ask the questions that shift everything.

That’s why I built Consider.

Market mapping is only one step of the way. Tone of voice, brand messaging, marketing strategy, product and offering roadmap, pricing, collaborations… There is so much on the mind of a founder, no matter if you started a tech startup, a DTC brand or a canva template powerhouse. I know, because I’ve been there. Many times. Join the Consider newsletter to be the first to know about new tools for founders and get access to extra resources (market mapping toolkit? maybe!).
